It has been centuries since the beginning of the storm, where beasts of the Outworld sprang forth into our world. The Stormwalkers protect us from the wilds outside of town while we go along trying to make life feel as normal as we can. Magic hasn't been practiced as a form of combat in generations; since the tragedy of what happened to Adelaide. But now I hear that girl Petrich is teaching herself the old ways of magic, using that stack of books her parents left her. She says she wants to find what's out there sustaining the storm and keeping these creatures in our world. She says she wants to end it and restore the way of life from before everything changed. I won't hold my breath but... what if she does? What if she really can?
Adelaide is an action RPG currently in development by Michael Barrett with art by Adrian Capitta and music and sound by César Tovar. It features four distinct schools of magic - Elemental, Light, Dark and Psychic - each with their own spells and upgrades. Choose your schools and learn to leverage them to fell your foes in increasingly trying environments. Venturing outside of town is dangerous, so you'll need to practice your magic and grow before you can expect to conquer your trials. Leverage the wisdom, gear and support in town to better yourself as you work against legions of unknown forces.
